At Allegiance Flag Supply, we take immense pride in the American craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your flag or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Flag

  Carefully fold your flag and place it back in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our Charleston workshop safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
